“No Lemon” Guarantee
All materials we supply are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee. Should they fail within the first year – as long as they’ve been maintained in line with the manufacturer’s instructions, guidelines and service requirements – we’ll repair them free of charge. In some circumstances we may offer a shorter or longer guarantee period; if so, we’ll confirm the applicable guarantee in writing.

Five Star Workmanship Guarantee
Our qualified professionals are highly experienced, so we don’t expect you to have any issues. Even so, all our work is backed by our five star workmanship guarantee for 12 months against faulty workmanship on new installations or general maintenance. If you ever have a problem covered by this guarantee, just contact us and we’ll return to fix it free of charge.
